FAQ

  • Is all the Welsh Gold jewellery hallmarked?
Yes, all our Welsh Gold jewellery whether gold or silver will be hallmarked. The most often seen hallmarks are as shown above and will be included in all genuine jewellery peices.
  • Why do I have to wait so long for delivery of Welsh Gold jewellery
The main reason for long delivery times of Welsh gold jewellery is that Welsh Gold is so rare that it cannot me made for stocking purposes and is made individually for you. Then there is the process of proving the jewellery at the Assay Office which ensures you get the correct hallmarks as well as checking the presence of Welsh gold. Without this most important process we could not sell the beautiful Welsh gold jewellery to you the customer. By the time we get the item back and on delivery to you it will have travelled and will have been worked on for some considerable time but the wait will be worth it.
